Greetings, my name is Dean Slark. This is my eighth year teaching at Markesan School District. I serve as the Agricultural Teacher and FFA Advisor here at the Middle/High School. Coaching is also a passion of mine. I am the Head Baseball Coach at Markesan, and also assist with High School Football and Middle School Wrestling.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2000 and obtained my Master Degree in Agriculture Education from UW-River Falls in 2002. In my free time I like to work on our hobby farm, fish, hunt, and watch WI sports.
My wife Amy and I have three children within the district. Cole, Kylie, and Gavin. I am active in supporting the activities they are involved in. If you have any questions about the Baseball program please don't hesitate to contact me.
